How to troubleshoot when I can’t access the email account that I used to buy Bandizip

Making a purchase of Bandizip requires you to enter and submit your email address. The license information (and its product key) is sent to the email.

If you’ve forgotten the email address which you submitted for the purchase, or deleted the email account and therefore cannot access it, perform the following steps to get your license information again.

  1. Check your purchase history and get a receipt, or its equivalent transaction details. You may refer to the related help.

  2. Capture a screenshot of the receipt. Attach the screenshot to an email requesting the product’s license information and send it to apps@bandisoft.com.
